After 57 minutes, Touraj Omrani mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hemel Hempstead City and the Aldridge United players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Hemel Hempstead City's Touraj Omrani got a free kick in the 57th minute. Hemel Hempstead City's Khashayar Khakpour played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Faraz Nekounam in the 58th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adel Samereh in the 60th minute of play forced Aldridge United's goalkeeper Yashar Alizadeh to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Younes Kianian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yashar Alizadeh having to interfere. Khashayar Khakpour made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Faraz Nekounam in the 65th minute of play. Yashar Alizadeh showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Younes Kianian in the 68th minute of the match. Farid Nikbakht-Vahedi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Farid Nikbakht-Vahedi hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Younes Kianian's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yashar Alizadeh was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. Yashar Alizadeh came out of the goal and Younes Kianian tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Aldridge United getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Sina Sadeghi hit a great ball. Serjik Babakan, 93 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 96 minutes into the match, Aldridge United's Faraz Nekounam sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Khashayar Khakpour narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Aldridge United supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Aldridge United would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
