Iman Ghasemlou hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Behrouz Ghomi charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Behrouz Ghomi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Pars FC booed when Tufnell Park was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Behrouz Ghomi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Iman Ghasemlou recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Farid Sohrabpour had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29th match minute, Tufnell Park was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Behrang Forouzan to maneuver through the defense. If Akbar Nourian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Pars FC booed when Tufnell Park was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bamshad Farahmand didn't get a good kick on the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Farid Sohrabpour to make the kick off. A collision led to Tufnell Park getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Behrouz Ghomi hit a great ball. When Farhang Abpakhshi came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Pars FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Farhang Abpakhshi couldn't finish the play. When Iraj Moharrami fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tufnell Park's protests and gave Iraj Moharrami a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 61st minute of the game. One of Tufnell Park:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Pars FC:s goal. The referee gave Pars FC a penalty, 63 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Hooman Zare, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Tufnell Park's Hooshang Rostampour. 2-1. If Farid Sohrabpour had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 70 minutes, Farhang Abpakhshi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pars FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Farhang Abpakhshi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Farid Sohrabpour fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hooshang Rostampour having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Farid Sohrabpour's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hooshang Rostampour was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. Tufnell Park's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
