Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After 4 minutes, Shervin Emad mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nassaji and the Birkenhead players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the match had been going on for 5 minutes, Birkenhead's Pirooz Talebi got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Kamran Mansourian. Bahman Rafipour made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reza behzadpoor in the 11th minute of play. After having played for 13 minutes, Farzad Moharrami managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nassaji's supporters crossed their fingers, but Farzad Moharrami was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bahman Rafipour took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reza behzadpoor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kamran Mansourian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rakhshan Badamaki, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Mahmoud Omidvar struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Bahman Rafipour didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nassaji. Kamran Mansourian made an important save on a dangerous shot by Younes Abedzadeh in the 20th minute. In the 21st minute, Hadi Barzegar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 23 minutes, Rakhshan Badamaki managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Birkenhead's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rakhshan Badamaki was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arsalnn Bazargan kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. 36 minutes into the match, Nassaji's goal looked a bit too open when Rakhshan Badamaki came free, but Kamran Mansourian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hadi Barzegar in the 39th minute of play forced Birkenhead's goalkeeper Bahman Rafipour to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rakhshan Badamaki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bahman Rafipour made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Farzad Moharrami in the 47th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

55 minutes into the match, Nassaji's goal looked a bit too open when Rakhshan Badamaki came free, but Kamran Mansourian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 59 minutes into the match, Birkenhead's goalkeeper Bahman Rafipour had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Reza behzadpoor. Reza behzadpoor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bahman Rafipour showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Farzad Moharrami, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Younes Abedzadeh recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 80th minute, Salman Zahedi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bahman Rafipour made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Farzad Moharrami in the 83rd minute of play. In the 87th minute, Farzad Moharrami got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kambiz Sohrabpour charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kambiz Sohrabpour the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Kambiz Sohrabpour hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. In the 90th minute, Farzad Moharrami made a precise shot to the right of Bahman Rafipour. Birkenhead's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Bahman Rafipour came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Nassaji's Farzad Moharrami. But to his dismay, Farzad Moharrami quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Nassaji had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
