After 26 played minutes Bolton City got a freekick which was hit by Jahandar Taslimi. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Shahrdad Taghavian in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Pasargad FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 36th minute of the match Esmaeel Nakisa sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zia Sajjadi skillfully saved the ball. Shayan Javaherian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Aram Ghasemlou tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Shahrdad Taghavian in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aram Ghasemlou saved Pasargad FC from getting behind. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Shahrdad Taghavian to make the kick off. When Teymour Kianian fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pasargad FC's protests and gave Teymour Kianian a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Bolton City booed when Pasargad FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teymour Kianian didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pasargad FC's Aram Ghasemlou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shayan Javaherian in the 54th minute of play. Aram Ghasemlou showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shahrdad Taghavian, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Mahbod Farahmand sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Shayan Javaherian might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aram Ghasemlou. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Shayan Javaherian ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Pasargad FC's Armin Iranian got a free kick in the 94th minute. Pasargad FC's Aram Ghasemlou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shahrdad Taghavian in the 95th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Pasargad FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Bolton City.
