In the 10th minute, Nassaji's Farzad Moharrami dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After 16 played minutes Farzad Moharrami rounded Whittlesey's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. Hadi Barzegar kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. After 23 played minutes Nassaji got a freekick which was hit by Farzad Moharrami. Shahram Narimani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Nassaji's Hadi Barzegar got a free kick in the 28th minute. Kamran Mansourian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Shahram Narimani in the 30th minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Nassaji's goal looked a bit too open when Shahram Narimani came free, but Kamran Mansourian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nassaji's Kamran Mansourian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shahram Narimani in the 34th minute of play. During the 35th minute of the match Hadi Barzegar completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Hadi Barzegar a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Whittlesey booed when Nassaji was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hadi Barzegar didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 37 minutes, Shahram Narimani managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Whittlesey's supporters crossed their fingers, but Shahram Narimani was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Nassaji's goalkeeper Kamran Mansourian, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Nassaji's Kamran Mansourian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shahram Narimani in the 43rd minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Shahram Narimani made the kick off in the second half. When Milad Mousavi fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Whittlesey's protests and gave Milad Mousavi a yellow card for diving instead. In the 51st match minute, Whittlesey was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Milad Mousavi to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Nassaji's Behzad Talebi tried to score from far away in the 52nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Kamran Mansourian was a little too slow when Shahram Narimani got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 57th minute. The score was now 2-1. Kamran Mansourian didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Shahram Narimani went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. With a little luck, Nassaji's Kamran Mansourian got control of the ball when Shahram Narimani tried to sneak it across the goal line. Shahram Narimani scored 2-3 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kamran Mansourian, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Shahram Narimani struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Kamran Mansourian didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Whittlesey. Cyrus Taheri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Kamran Mansourian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Nassaji's goalkeeper Kamran Mansourian, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 94 minutes, Farzad Moharrami mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nassaji and the Whittlesey players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 94th minute, Farzad Moharrami hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Whittlesey's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
