In the 13th match minute, Eastern Kurdistan FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hüseyin Shamsaei to maneuver through the defense. Eastern Kurdistan FC's Anoushiravan Heidari quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Esmaeel Lankarani, made in the 14th minute of the game. Kirderazan FC's Hami Bagheri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Barzegar in the 16th minute of play. After 37 minutes of play, Eastern Kurdistan FC's Ali Barzegar made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hami Bagheri was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Kirderazan FC's Behrouz Mousavian got a free kick in the 41st minute. Ali Barzegar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Hami Bagheri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Mehrak Hajrezaei came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Kirderazan FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mehrak Hajrezaei couldn't finish the play. Behrad Fattahi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mehrak Hajrezaei in the 48th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ali Barzegar to make the kick off. Mehrak Hajrezaei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Eastern Kurdistan FC booed when Kirderazan FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pouya Kaebi didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Shahyar Daneshjou came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Eastern Kurdistan FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Shahyar Daneshjou couldn't finish the play. Ali Barzegar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 76th match minute, Kirderazan FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pouya Kaebi to maneuver through the defense. In the 77th minute of the match Shahyar Daneshjou shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hami Bagheri showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Hami Bagheri stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ali Barzegar's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. When Mani Emad fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kirderazan FC's protests and gave Mani Emad a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Kirderazan FC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Mani Emad hit a great ball. Hooman Hejazi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 91 minutes into the match, Ali Barzegar notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Kirderazan FC's Hami Bagheri. Hami Bagheri was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eastern Kurdistan FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
