Salman Roudbarian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nader Fazel in the 29th minute of play. With his leg Amir Parsa Rahmati managed to avoid a goal in the 33rdth minute, when Whitworth's Azad Eshkevari fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 34th minute, Shervin Azimi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hereford United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Whitworth's zone, Nader Fazel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Salman Roudbarian came out of the goal and Nader Fazel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Azad Eshkevari put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Amir Parsa Rahmati. Salman Roudbarian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nader Fazel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jalil Borhani during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jalil Borhani hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

Rostam Rahmati might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Salman Roudbarian. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rostam Rahmati ran back to his position shaking his head. Amir Parsa Rahmati stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Azad Eshkevari's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. After 55 played minutes Hereford United got a freekick which was hit by Mehran Nouri. After 59 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Whitworth! Kamran Moradi walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. In the 66th minute Shervin Azimi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salman Roudbarian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Whitworth's Sattar Firoozabadi got a free kick in the 67th minute. After 69 minutes, Nader Sajjadi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Whitworth and the Hereford United players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Whitworth getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Nader Sajjadi hit a great ball. Salman Roudbarian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rostam Rahmati in the 70th minute of play. In the 73rd match minute, Hereford United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mehran Nouri to maneuver through the defense. Bahman Javaherian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Amir Parsa Rahmati tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sahand Rahmati recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 81 minutes into the match, Whitworth's goalkeeper Salman Roudbarian had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nader Fazel. Shervin Azimi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hereford United's goalkeeper Amir Parsa Rahmati, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rostam Rahmati received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Salman Roudbarian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Sahand Rahmati had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
