With a little luck, Shaheen's Suleman Musharraf got control of the ball when Waqas Mohsin tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Waqas Mohsin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Suleman Musharraf was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Waqas Mohsin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 33rd minute, Saltash's Kaisar Shahid dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Waqas Mohsin in the 36thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Suleman Musharraf, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.

The Saltash fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Waqas Mohsin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Suleman Musharraf read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Shaheen's zone, Waqas Mohsin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Suleman Musharraf came out of the goal and Waqas Mohsin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Kaisar Shahid came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Saltash fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kaisar Shahid couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Saltash had won after a very even match.
