Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Des Browning kicked off to start the match. A collision led to Kensington getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Nicky Silk hit a great ball. Sufyan Shayans short, quick shot in the 12thth minute got Nathan Billington to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Sufyan Shayan had several of the Kensington's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 12 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Nathan Billington as he didn't even see the shot coming. A collision led to Kensington getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Eddie Blake hit a great ball. In the 23rd minute, Moazzam Rehman fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Vern Budden scored 1-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mudasser Qureshi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Sufyan Shayan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Moazzam Rehman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Nathan Billington tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nathan Billington made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sufyan Shayan in the 40th minute. Moazzam Rehman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nathan Billington having to interfere. If Moazzam Rehman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

After 62 minutes, Nicky Silk mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kensington and the Wellesbourne players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 62nd minute, Nicky Silk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sufyan Shayan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nathan Billington having to interfere. Moazzam Rehman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 71st minute Moazzam Rehman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nathan Billington saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sufyan Shayan in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nathan Billington saved Kensington from getting behind. If Moazzam Rehman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Wellesbourne booed when Kensington was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tom Wildman didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 80th minute, Moazzam Rehman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Moazzam Rehman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nathan Billington having to interfere. Nathan Billington took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moazzam Rehman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89th minute, Moazzam Rehman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Moazzam Rehman hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. In the 94th minute, Sufyan Shayan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
