Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Kamran Mazhar took the kick off in the first half of the match. Northallerton's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kamran Mazhar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 25 minutes into the game, Kamran Mazhar lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Kang Xiang Xuan. After 36 played minutes Northallerton got a freekick which was hit by Rahman Khawar. 36 minutes into the match, Sandbach's Shabir Basharat broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 39th minute, Ayaz Sajid got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Kamran Mazhar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kamran Mazhar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Sandbach's Taimoor Shamshad got a free kick in the 44th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Sandbach's zone, Ayaz Sajid stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kang Xiang Xuan came out of the goal and Ayaz Sajid tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zaib Mushtaq made a kick off. Hakim ul-Hassan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Northallerton's Kamran Mazhar got a free kick in the 55th minute. Kang Xiang Xuan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ayaz Sajid, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. After 61 played minutes, Northallerton's Zakir Kashan shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Kang Xiang Xuan came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Northallerton reached it. Shabir Basharat was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 65th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Farooq Intisar hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Kang Xiang Xuan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kamran Mazhar's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. Hakim ul-Hassan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Masood Ghufyan made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Sandbach's zone, Kamran Mazhar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kang Xiang Xuan came out of the goal and Kamran Mazhar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 79th match minute, Northallerton was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rahman Khawar to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Kamran Mazhar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kang Xiang Xuan was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Sandbach's Zaib Mushtaq got a free kick in the 88th minute. When Kamil Shah came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Northallerton fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kamil Shah couldn't finish the play. When Taimoor Shamshad fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sandbach's protests and gave Taimoor Shamshad a yellow card for diving instead. Taimoor Shamshad hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Kamran Mazhar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kang Xiang Xuan having to interfere.
