In the 36th minute, one of Ainsdale:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ainsdale. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Faran Hannan took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Zafar ur-Rehamn to make any attempt to save it. In the 46th minute Faran Hannan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zafar ur-Rehamn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The wind increased when Faran Hannan made the kick off in the second half. Usman Jaffar's late challenge caught a Ainsdale's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Usman Jaffar helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Pakistan Navy's Usman Jaffar got a free kick in the 52nd minute. When Azmat ul-Haq came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Ainsdale fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Azmat ul-Haq couldn't finish the play. Ainsdale's Zafar ur-Rehamn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Faran Hannan in the 62nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Ainsdale's zone, Razi Khan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zafar ur-Rehamn came out of the goal and Razi Khan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Khalid Qamar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Azmat ul-Haq's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. In the 91st minute Azmat ul-Haq shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Khalid Qamar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 94th match minute, Pakistan Navy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Shamshad Khaleel to maneuver through the defense. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ainsdale players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Pakistan Navy.
