The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Ainsdale booed when MW-KEKUI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ansar Liaquat didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Abdullah Fawad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ansar Liaquat kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Safdar Shaheed managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ainsdale's supporters rose to their feet, but Safdar Shaheed was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sheraz Lodhi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A sloppy throw-in by Haris Usman in the 15th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Ainsdale's Hussain Mushtaq. Sheraz Lodhi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Azmat ul-Haq in the 18th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Azmat ul-Haq in the 19th minute of play forced MW-KEKUI's goalkeeper Sheraz Lodhi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ainsdale's Azam Naseem got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Talha Sial kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Ayaz Qazi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Sheraz Lodhi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Waqas Mannan during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Waqas Mannan hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. If Javed Khalid had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ansar Liaquat kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Talha Sial kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in MW-KEKUI's zone, Safdar Shaheed stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sheraz Lodhi came out of the goal and Safdar Shaheed tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Abdullah Fawad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ainsdale's Abdullah Fawad got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Azam Naseem to strike the kick off in the second half. Mudasser Arslan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Zafar ur-Rehamn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 59 played minutes MW-KEKUI got a freekick which was hit by Naeem Dost. Haris Usman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ainsdale's Zafar ur-Rehamn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mudasser Arslan in the 66th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abdullah Fawad got free with Sheraz Lodhi in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Ainsdale booed when MW-KEKUI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Naeem Dost didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ainsdale's Ayaz Qazi got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpected shot in the 78th minute by Abdullah Fawad got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Hussain Mushtaq blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sheraz Lodhi having to make a save. Ainsdale's Azam Naseem got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Ainsdale players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
