Omar Al Shati was left in no man's land by his defense there! Omar Al Shati stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nader Al Mehana's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. Baqer Al Hajri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Omar Al Shati tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Omar Al Shati took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Darweesh Al Naqi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Omar Al Shati made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nader Al Mehana in the 17th minute of play. Meshari Al Motaire sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 19 played minutes Cleobury Mortimer got a freekick which was hit by Faisal Al Sherazi. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nader Al Mehana in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Omar Al Shati prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nader Al Mehana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Cleobury Mortimer's Faisal Al Sherazi got a free kick in the 24th minute. Meshari Al Motaire recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 32 minutes, Nader Al Mehana managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Al Rahabah FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nader Al Mehana was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Emad Al Arbash received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Omar Al Shati tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bandar Sarkhoh could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Farooq Taqi made a huge save. 38 minutes into the match, Cleobury Mortimer's goal looked a bit too open when Nader Al Mehana came free, but Omar Al Shati reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Buğra Periz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Omar Al Shati read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. The supporters of Al Rahabah FC booed when Cleobury Mortimer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aesem Al Motar didn't get a good kick on the ball. 40 minutes into the match, Al Rahabah FC's Jaffer Bo Resley broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gawhar Al Najdi was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Al Rahabah FC's Cyprian Zdrojewski got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Gawhar Al Najdi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Farooq Taqi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Al Rahabah FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Cyprian Zdrojewski hit a great ball. In the 58th minute Darweesh Al Naqi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Omar Al Shati saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baqer Al Hajri's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 65thth minute, Omar Al Shati skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Omar Al Shati came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Al Rahabah FC's Nader Al Mehana. But to his dismay, Nader Al Mehana quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Nader Al Mehanas short, quick shot in the 70thth minute got Omar Al Shati to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 72nd minute, Nader Al Mehana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 74 minutes into the match, Cleobury Mortimer's goal looked a bit too open when Nader Al Mehana came free, but Omar Al Shati reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Meshari Al Motaire had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Omar Al Shati managed to avoid a goal in the 89thth minute, when Al Rahabah FC's Nader Al Mehana fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 93rd minute, Gawhar Al Najdi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 95 minutes into the game, Al Rahabah FC's Nader Al Mehana nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Omar Al Shati made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. Al Rahabah FC played a much better game than Cleobury Mortimer and deserved their victory. The Cleobury Mortimer players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
