Mamdouh Al Hindi started the match with the kick off. 8 minutes into the match, Anas Shrean dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Farooq Al Rodhan, 1-0. Farooq Al Rodhan was a little too slow when Ahmad Bahbhani got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 13th minute. The score was now 2-0. Farooq Al Rodhan made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Ahmad Bahbhani sent off a good shot on target. Farooq Al Rodhan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moath Al Hadhod in the 17th minute of the match. If Mamdouh Al Hindi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 21 minutes of play, Salcombe City's Moath Al Hadhod made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Farooq Al Rodhan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Farooq Al Rodhan made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Anas Shrean sent off a good shot on target. Rainham's Farooq Al Rodhan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Rainham from getting a goal against them. After 28 played minutes Salcombe City got a freekick which was hit by Monther Kamal. After having played for 29 minutes, Mamdouh Al Hindi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rainham's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mamdouh Al Hindi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 31 minutes into the match, Rainham's goalkeeper Farooq Al Rodhan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anas Shrean. If Ramadan Al Sarraf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 36 minutes into the match, Rainham's goal looked a bit too open when Anas Shrean came free, but Farooq Al Rodhan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wael Al Ansari took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hani Bo Abbas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abdullah Al Khaled stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anas Shrean in the 54th minute of play forced Rainham's goalkeeper Farooq Al Rodhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Farooq Al Rodhan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmad Bahbhani, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. 57 minutes into the match, Rainham's goal looked a bit too open when Anas Shrean came free, but Farooq Al Rodhan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Salcombe City getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Lafi Ashkanani hit a great ball. Wael Al Ansari took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mamdouh Al Hindi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 73 minutes into the match, Rainham's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmad Bahbhani came free, but Farooq Al Rodhan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mamdouh Al Hindi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wael Al Ansari having to interfere. Rainham's Hani Bo Abbas managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Lafi Ashkanani in the 82 minute of the game. In the 85th minute of the match Barrak Al Dekhel sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wael Al Ansari skillfully saved the ball. Ramadan Al Sarraf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Wael Al Ansari tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Salcombe City had played much better football throughout.
