When Fadhel Bo Qamaz came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Bourne End fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fadhel Bo Qamaz couldn't finish the play. Mosalam Taqi charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mosalam Taqi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 7th match minute, Istanbul Forever was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mosalam Taqi to maneuver through the defense. Yaseen Al Saleh recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nawaf Sarkhoh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fadhel Bo Qamaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fahad Bahroh during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 12 played minutes Istanbul Forever got a freekick which was hit by Fahad Bahroh. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fadhel Bo Qamaz in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nawaf Sarkhoh prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Yaseen Al Saleh managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bourne End's supporters rose to their feet, but Yaseen Al Saleh was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nawaf Sarkhoh breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 19 minutes, Yaseen Al Saleh managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bourne End's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yaseen Al Saleh was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bourne End's Yaseen Al Saleh got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Bourne End's Fadhel Bo Qamaz, in the 23rd minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Bourne End. Nawaf Sarkhoh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fadhel Bo Qamaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Istanbul Forever's Nawaf Sarkhoh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fadhel Bo Qamaz in the 29th minute of play. Mubarek Al Adsani struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Awwad Baroun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Istanbul Forever. 32 minutes into the match, Istanbul Forever's Mubarek Al Adsani sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Awwad Baroun narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 36th match minute, Bourne End was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yaqoot Al Mothaf to maneuver through the defense. Fadhel Bo Qamaz might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nawaf Sarkhoh. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fadhel Bo Qamaz ran back to his position shaking his head. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

In the 55th minute of the match, Fadhel Bo Qamaz tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Nawaf Sarkhoh saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 57 minutes into the match, Bourne End's goal looked a bit too open when Mubarek Al Adsani came free, but Awwad Baroun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fahad Bahroh in the 62nd minute of play forced Bourne End's goalkeeper Awwad Baroun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th minute, Waheed Al Baghli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fadhel Bo Qamaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Nawaf Sarkhoh tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Istanbul Forever getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Mosalam Taqi hit a great ball. Nawaf Sarkhoh took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fadhel Bo Qamaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nawaf Sarkhoh showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fadhel Bo Qamaz in the 76th minute of the match. If Fadhel Bo Qamaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the Bourne End players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Istanbul Forever.
