The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gwidon Dombrowski hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. 10 minutes into the match, Al-Jazira Sporting Club's Hussain Bo Qamaz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Basel Mandane narrowly saved just below the crossbar. DEIR MAWAS's Ebrahem Shams got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 14 minutes into the game, one of DEIR MAWAS:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hussain Bo Qamaz got free with Basel Mandane in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 21 played minutes DEIR MAWAS got a freekick which was hit by Gwidon Dombrowski. Hussain Bo Qamaz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 23rdth minute, Basel Mandane skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Fakher Sarkhoh scored 2-0 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Basel Mandane, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hussain Bo Qamaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basel Mandane having to interfere. In the 29th minute, Wasel Al Wazan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Fakher Sarkhoh put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Basel Mandane. After 37 minutes DEIR MAWAS's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Yasser Al Hammady who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Yasser Al Hammady almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but DEIR MAWAS's Basel Mandane did a great save. Basel Mandane stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fakher Sarkhoh's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. When Fakher Sarkhoh came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Al-Jazira Sporting Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fakher Sarkhoh couldn't finish the play. Khalel Shrean kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

In the 53rd minute, Taqi Al Mansor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 56 minutes into the match, DEIR MAWAS's goal looked a bit too open when Hussain Bo Qamaz came free, but Basel Mandane reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 56 minutes into the game, Al-Jazira Sporting Club's Hussain Bo Qamaz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Basel Mandane made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. 76 minutes into the match, DEIR MAWAS's goal looked a bit too open when Hussain Bo Qamaz came free, but Basel Mandane reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
