Taqi Al Mansor received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ammar Al Ammar came out and tried to block the shot, but Taqi Al Mansor slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 5th minute. Al-Jazira Sporting Club's Hussain Bo Qamaz got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alexandros Karterouliotis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamin Kirchhofer in the 9th minute of play. Fakher Sarkhoh did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Ammar Al Ammar 13 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Al-Jazira Sporting Club's Bandar Al Hajri got a free kick in the 15th minute. 20 minutes into the game, Al-Jazira Sporting Club's Hussain Bo Qamaz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ammar Al Ammar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. 23 minutes into the match, Al-Jazira Sporting Club's Hussain Bo Qamaz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ammar Al Ammar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ammar Al Ammar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fakher Sarkhoh, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Al-Jazira Sporting Club's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Porto came free, but Alexandros Karterouliotis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Manuel Porto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alexandros Karterouliotis was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. A collision led to Al-Jazira Sporting Club getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Jawad Bo Abbas hit a great ball. In the 46th minute Manuel Porto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexandros Karterouliotis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alexandros Karterouliotis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benjamin Kirchhofer's shot from short distance in the 47th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Benjamin Kirchhofer made a kick off. When Hussain Bo Qamaz came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Al-Jazira Sporting Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hussain Bo Qamaz couldn't finish the play. Hussain Bo Qamaz took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ammar Al Ammar. Ammar Al Ammar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. Hussain Bo Qamaz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Stockport AFC's Mosaed Al Rodhan got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 62nd minute Fakher Sarkhoh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ammar Al Ammar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yahya Al Besher in the 66th minute of play forced Al-Jazira Sporting Club's goalkeeper Alexandros Karterouliotis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Fakher Sarkhoh's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ammar Al Ammar was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Al-Jazira Sporting Club's Esmael Shabakhoh got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Ammar Al Ammar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hussain Bo Qamaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 85 minutes into the match, Al-Jazira Sporting Club's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Porto came free, but Alexandros Karterouliotis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hussain Bo Qamaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Ammar Al Ammar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Stockport AFC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Mosaed Al Rodhan hit a great ball. Al-Jazira Sporting Club's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
