Spectators: 9173 (Terracing: 6881, Seating: 2110, VIP seats: 182) Al Barsha's Mamdouh Shamsah started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Curt Stöckli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wael Bahroh, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 6 minutes into the match, Fuad Shams had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fuad Al Khars. Al Barsha's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fuad Shams was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 11th minute there was a penalty for Ajmán Club. Habib Al Hindi stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Fuad Al Khars. 2-0. Sari Shams sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sajid Al Dowaisan in the 20th minute of play forced Ajmán Club's goalkeeper Curt Stöckli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fuad Al Khars stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fuad Shams's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. If Sari Shams had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Fuad Shams kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fuad Al Khars. That made the score 3-0 in the 39 minute of play. Sari Shams received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Fuad Al Khars tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ajmán Club's Fuad Shams got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The wind increased when Fuad Shams made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Sajid Al Dowaisan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Al Barsha's supporters rose to their feet, but Sajid Al Dowaisan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Curt Stöckli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 60th minute, Emad Al Nasser hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Yasen Al Bahar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Habib Al Hindi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Yasen Al Bahar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mosalam Al Sherazi's late challenge caught a Al Barsha's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mosalam Al Sherazi helped the player get up and apologised. Mosalam Al Sherazi hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. In the 76th minute, Sari Shams left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ajmán Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. In the 83rd minute Mamdouh Shamsah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Curt Stöckli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sari Shams struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Fuad Al Khars didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ajmán Club. Qais Al Sayer shot from long distance in the 89th minute, but Curt Stöckli was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. In the 90thth minute of the game Fuad Shams who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Al Barsha's Fuad Al Khars was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Curt Stöckli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mamdouh Shamsah, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Al Barsha's Fuad Al Khars played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sari Shams in the 95th minute of play. After 97 minutes of play, Ajmán Club's Fuad Shams made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fuad Al Khars was left in no man's land by his defense there!
