When Al-Jazira Sporting Club's Fakher Sarkhoh in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Margate's goalie prevented a goal. In the 7th minute Sari Al Qatam shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salem Bo Hamad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Fahad Al Matrok managed to get in a good position for a shot. Margate's supporters rose to their feet, but Fahad Al Matrok was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexandros Karterouliotis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hussain Bo Qamaz got free with Salem Bo Hamad in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 21 minutes into the match, Margate's goalkeeper Salem Bo Hamad had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hussain Bo Qamaz. Hussain Bo Qamaz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Firas Al Mothaf hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Margate's zone, Yasser Al Hammady stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Salem Bo Hamad came out of the goal and Yasser Al Hammady tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Taqi Al Mansor blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Salem Bo Hamad having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Hussain Bo Qamaz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Al-Jazira Sporting Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Hussain Bo Qamaz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sanad Al Mosawe charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sanad Al Mosawe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 42nd match minute, Margate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sanad Al Mosawe to maneuver through the defense. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sanad Al Mosawe to strike the kick off in the second half. Yasser Al Hammady hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Al-Jazira Sporting Club's zone, Sanad Al Mosawe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexandros Karterouliotis came out of the goal and Sanad Al Mosawe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sari Al Qatam in the 78th minute of play forced Margate's goalkeeper Salem Bo Hamad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sanad Al Mosawe received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Alexandros Karterouliotis came out and tried to block the shot, but Sanad Al Mosawe slotted it home off the left post making it 0-1 in the 82nd minute. Shabeb Al Dabos charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Shabeb Al Dabos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Shabeb Al Dabos hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. A collision led to Al-Jazira Sporting Club getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Jawad Bo Abbas hit a great ball. After 94 played minutes Al-Jazira Sporting Club got a freekick which was hit by Sari Al Qatam. Margate's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
