Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ali Al Arbash got the match started through his kick off. Hamed Al Sallal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Nader Al Herz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nader Al Herz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdul Mohsen Al Sallal in the 5th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Al Wasl Dubai FC's Abdul Mohsen Al Sallal got a free kick in the 7th minute. Nader Al Herz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Al Arbash, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 9thth minute of the game Ali Al Arbash who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Al Jazira Club - UAE's Nader Al Herz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nader Al Herz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hamed Al Sallal in the 11th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Abdul Mohsen Al Sallal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Al Wasl Dubai FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 15 minutes of play, Al Wasl Dubai FC's Hamed Al Sallal made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nader Al Herz was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Ali Al Arbash's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nader Al Herz was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Nader Al Herz came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Al Wasl Dubai FC's Hamed Al Sallal. But to his dismay, Hamed Al Sallal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Nader Al Herz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hamed Al Sallal in the 25th minute of the match. Nader Al Herz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdul Mohsen Al Sallal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the game, Al Wasl Dubai FC's Ali Al Arbash nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nader Al Herz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdul Mohsen Al Sallal in the 33rd minute of play forced Al Jazira Club - UAE's goalkeeper Nader Al Herz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sten Zander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mahmoud Al Ammar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Meteb Al Qatam hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. 38 minutes into the match, Al Wasl Dubai FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fawzy Al Sharah came free, but Sten Zander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Al Wasl Dubai FC's Sten Zander got control of the ball when Jamal Sarkhoh tried to sneak it across the goal line. Al Wasl Dubai FC's Sten Zander proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Al Wasl Dubai FC from getting a goal against them. 45 minutes into the game, Meteb Al Qatam was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Al Wasl Dubai FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Al Jazira Club - UAE the free kick. After a rather tough play, Al Wasl Dubai FC's Meteb Al Qatam got a free kick in the 45th minute. Al Jazira Club - UAE's Jamal Sarkhoh couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 46th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Al Wasl Dubai FC. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Abdul Mohsen Al Sallal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Al Wasl Dubai FC's Hamed Al Sallal slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Nader Al Herz. That made the score 0-6 after 61 minutes of play. Nader Al Herz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hamed Al Sallal, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Nader Al Herz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Meteb Al Qatam in the 66th minute of the match. Abdul Mohsen Al Sallal took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nader Al Herz. Nader Al Herz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. Sten Zander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fawzy Al Sharah, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 79 played minutes Al Jazira Club - UAE got a freekick which was hit by Shehab Al Hajraf. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Shaheen Al Sherazi took a quick shot and it went in 0-8 without a chance for Nader Al Herz to make any attempt to save it. Nader Al Herz came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Al Wasl Dubai FC's Ali Al Arbash. But to his dismay, Ali Al Arbash quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. During the 86th minute of the match Meteb Al Qatam completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Meteb Al Qatam a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Al Wasl Dubai FC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Meteb Al Qatam hit a great ball. Nader Al Herz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hamed Al Sallal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 90 played minutes Al Jazira Club - UAE got a freekick which was hit by Ammar Al Ateqi. Al Wasl Dubai FC played a much better game than Al Jazira Club - UAE and deserved their victory. The Al Jazira Club - UAE players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
