Malin Malard could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but David Drent made a huge save. In the 6th match minute, Al Whada FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Barakat Al Khars to maneuver through the defense. 15 minutes into the match, Msaed Kakoli had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mostafa Bahbhani. djiwns's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Msaed Kakoli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Riad Kakoli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but David Drent made a huge save. Mostafa Bahbhani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Msaed Kakoli, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 23rd minute Salam Al Khames shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Drent saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Awwad Al Ansari blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mostafa Bahbhani having to make a save. Al Whada FC's David Drent played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Malin Malard in the 40th minute of play. 41 minutes into the game, Eshaq Abol was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Al Whada FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave djiwns the free kick. After a rather tough play, Al Whada FC's Eshaq Abol got a free kick in the 41st minute. 46 minutes into the match, djiwns's goal looked a bit too open when Msaed Kakoli came free, but Mostafa Bahbhani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Salah Al Sarraf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mostafa Bahbhani having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Riad Kakoli was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to djiwns getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Malin Malard hit a great ball. In the 59thth minute of the game Riad Kakoli who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Al Whada FC's David Drent was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 60 minutes into the game, djiwns's Malin Malard nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. David Drent made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. 66 minutes into the match, Eshaq Abol notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of djiwns's Mostafa Bahbhani. Mostafa Bahbhani was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. djiwns's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Aadil Al Balool 73 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-3. The supporters of Al Whada FC booed when djiwns was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dawood Al Ghanem didn't get a good kick on the ball. David Drent showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Riad Kakoli in the 79th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, djiwns's Salam Al Khames got a free kick in the 80th minute. After some careless play in the djiwns defense, Msaed Kakoli kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mostafa Bahbhani. The djiwns fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mostafa Bahbhani should have stopped the shot. Salah Al Sarraf's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mostafa Bahbhani read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Eshaq Abol could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Mostafa Bahbhani made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Al Whada FC's Awwad Al Ansari slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mostafa Bahbhani. That made the score 3-5 after 95 minutes of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Al Whada FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
