Nemir Taqi hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Malik Shalan in the 30th minute of play forced Wroxham's goalkeeper Fared Shrean to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute Sarhan Al Ajmi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fared Shrean saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 33 minutes, Sarhan Al Ajmi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Upwell FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sarhan Al Ajmi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jamal Bo Abbas came out of the goal and Nader Al Homaithe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nader Al Homaithe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nader Al Homaithe stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nader Al Homaithe scored 2-0 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jamal Bo Abbas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Upwell FC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Malik Shalan hit a great ball. In the 57th minute Sarhan Al Ajmi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fared Shrean saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nemir Taqi kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Upwell FC's goalkeeper Jamal Bo Abbas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 63 minutes into the game, Hamed Al Bana threw the ball into play from the sideline. Wroxham's Sulaiman Al Hindi quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Nader Al Homaithe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 64 minutes into the match, Upwell FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nader Al Homaithe came free, but Jamal Bo Abbas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Wroxham booed when Upwell FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Malik Shalan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wroxham's Nader Al Homaithe got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nader Al Homaithe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jamal Bo Abbas having to interfere. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Upwell FC's goalkeeper Jamal Bo Abbas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sarhan Al Ajmi charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sarhan Al Ajmi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Wroxham's Morad Al Saffar was substituted for Riad Abol. Sarhan Al Ajmi kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Fared Shrean showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sarhan Al Ajmi in the 88th minute of the match. After 88 played minutes Wroxham got a freekick which was hit by Sulaiman Al Hindi. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Wroxham fully deserved thier win.
