Spectators: 7000 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 2000, VIP seats: 0) Upwell FC's Sarhan Al Ajmi started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Karem Al Asuosi charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Karem Al Asuosi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jamal Bo Abbas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Motlaq Al Hammady's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. When COBRA FC ™'s Motlaq Al Hammady in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Upwell FC's goalie prevented a goal. Jamal Bo Abbas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Motlaq Al Hammady, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. A collision led to Upwell FC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Jamal Al Bahar hit a great ball. In the 15thth minute of the game Motlaq Al Hammady who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Upwell FC's Jamal Bo Abbas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sadeq Al Hajraf during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Fuad Shalan kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Upwell FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 23rd minute. Penalty! The referee gave COBRA FC ™ a penalty, 25 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Motlaq Al Hammady, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Upwell FC's Jamal Bo Abbas. 0-1. Malik Shalan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Luai Bo Abbas made a huge save. Jamal Bo Abbas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Khaled Al Wazan, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 35th match minute, Upwell FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jamal Al Bahar to maneuver through the defense. Motlaq Al Hammady fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jamal Bo Abbas having to interfere. In the 38th minute Motlaq Al Hammady shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jamal Bo Abbas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mahdi Al Ali sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jamal Al Bahar got his second yellow card in the match during the 40th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Abdullah Al Hajri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jamal Bo Abbas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Motlaq Al Hammady in the 44th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Mahdi Al Ali managed to get in a good position for a shot. COBRA FC ™'s supporters rose to their feet, but Mahdi Al Ali was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jamal Bo Abbas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Upwell FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. COBRA FC ™ were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Motlaq Al Hammady was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 51 minutes, Motlaq Al Hammady managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. COBRA FC ™'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Motlaq Al Hammady was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Motlaq Al Hammady in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jamal Bo Abbas saved Upwell FC from getting behind. Upwell FC's Jamal Bo Abbas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdullah Al Hajri in the 56th minute of play. With his leg Jamal Bo Abbas managed to avoid a goal in the 58thth minute, when COBRA FC ™'s Motlaq Al Hammady fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Mahdi Al Ali fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jamal Bo Abbas having to interfere. Jamal Bo Abbas came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by COBRA FC ™'s Motlaq Al Hammady. But to his dismay, Motlaq Al Hammady quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. 76 minutes into the match, Motlaq Al Hammady notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Upwell FC's Jamal Bo Abbas. Jamal Bo Abbas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Motlaq Al Hammady got free with Jamal Bo Abbas in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Motlaq Al Hammady could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Jamal Bo Abbas made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Motlaq Al Hammady in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jamal Bo Abbas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 91 minutes, Fuad Shalan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Upwell FC and the COBRA FC ™ players grew even worse after the yellow card.
