Hao Jian took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Shabeb Al Khames. Shabeb Al Khames dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Shabeb Al Khames made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godfredo Corderun in the 13th minute of play. 14 minutes into the game, one of Al-Wasl SC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 15 minutes into the match, Marciano Macon notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Al-Wasl SC's Shabeb Al Khames. Shabeb Al Khames was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Basem Al Hadad blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Roger Hermes having to make a save. 22 minutes into the game, MCFC ᴳ⁸³'s Godfredo Corderun nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Shabeb Al Khames made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Moath Al Sarraf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Roger Hermes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Shabeb Al Khames showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godfredo Corderun in the 34th minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Godfredo Corderun made a precise shot to the right of Shabeb Al Khames. Al-Wasl SC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. In the 39th minute, Marciano Macon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, MCFC ᴳ⁸³'s Marciano Macon got a free kick in the 41st minute. In the 42nd minute, MCFC ᴳ⁸³'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Moath Al Sarraf fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Fakher Al Arbash struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Roger Hermes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Al-Wasl SC. Shabeb Al Khames made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godfredo Corderun in the 47th minute of play. The Al-Wasl SC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. MCFC ᴳ⁸³ were winning 0-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Basem Al Hadad made a kick off. A collision led to Al-Wasl SC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Adem Al Mosawe hit a great ball. In the 54th minute, Marciano Macon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Moath Al Sarraf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Roger Hermes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moath Al Sarraf in the 59th minute of play forced MCFC ᴳ⁸³'s goalkeeper Roger Hermes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Shabeb Al Khames came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by MCFC ᴳ⁸³'s Marciano Macon. But to his dismay, Marciano Macon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Spiros Nikolakopoulos's late challenge caught a Al-Wasl SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Spiros Nikolakopoulos helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Al-Wasl SC booed when MCFC ᴳ⁸³ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Spiros Nikolakopoulos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marciano Macon kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. MCFC ᴳ⁸³'s Roger Hermes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basem Al Hadad in the 76th minute of play. Basem Al Hadad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Roger Hermes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Shabeb Al Khames made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Godfredo Corderun sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to MCFC ᴳ⁸³ getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Marciano Macon hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Hao Jian managed to get in a good position for a shot. MCFC ᴳ⁸³'s supporters rose to their feet, but Hao Jian was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Shabeb Al Khames breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Shabeb Al Khames stood somewhat misplaced when Hao Jian came free in front of goal and shot 0-6 to the left of him in the 93 minute. MCFC ᴳ⁸³ played a much better game than Al-Wasl SC and deserved their victory. The Al-Wasl SC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
