Osama Al Qattan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 0-2 became the score in the 7th minute when Zbyszko Rywin elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Osama Al Qattan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zbyszko Rywin in the 11th minute of the match. In the 12th minute, Firas Al Muwail hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 13th minute of the match Teofilo Gutierrez-Pacheco shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Osama Al Qattan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Teofilo Gutierrez-Pacheco managed to get in a good position for a shot. DUBAI Palm Jumeirah's supporters rose to their feet, but Teofilo Gutierrez-Pacheco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Osama Al Qattan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Osama Al Qattan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Teofilo Gutierrez-Pacheco went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. When DUBAI Palm Jumeirah's Teofilo Gutierrez-Pacheco in 19 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Osama Al Qattan guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Osama Al Qattan came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by DUBAI Palm Jumeirah's Ben Carlisle. But to his dismay, Ben Carlisle quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Berker Sani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osama Al Qattan having to interfere. Osama Al Qattan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Teofilo Gutierrez-Pacheco went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. In the 36th minute Zbyszko Rywin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osama Al Qattan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st minute, Kuzey Sebat ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Osama Al Qattan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. Aguirre Verde showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hussain Bo Hamad, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After 48 played minutes DUBAI Palm Jumeirah got a freekick which was hit by Berker Sani. The Hatta Club 1981 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. DUBAI Palm Jumeirah were winning 0-7.

The wind increased when Mohammad Taiban made the kick off in the second half. Through an outstanding action, after 58 minutes, Osama Al Qattan successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 62nd minute, Teofilo Gutierrez-Pacheco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. But to his dismay, Teofilo Gutierrez-Pacheco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-10. The audience was convinced that Berker Sani's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Osama Al Qattan was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. In the 85thth minute of the game Teofilo Gutierrez-Pacheco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hatta Club 1981's Osama Al Qattan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Donato Christobal received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Osama Al Qattan came out and tried to block the shot, but Donato Christobal slotted it home off the left post making it 0-12 in the 87th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zbyszko Rywin in the 90th minute of play forced Hatta Club 1981's goalkeeper Osama Al Qattan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. DUBAI Palm Jumeirah played a much better game than Hatta Club 1981 and deserved their victory. The Hatta Club 1981 players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
