Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the match, Heal the World FC's goal looked a bit too open when Seraj Al Kandere came free, but Barrak Al Jalahma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ghanim Al Holey hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Al Ain's Msaed Shalan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Najim Al Fadhalah in the 7th minute of play. Msaed Shalan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Najim Al Fadhalah, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. 9 minutes into the match, Al Ain's goal looked a bit too open when Best Playe came free, but Msaed Shalan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Best Playe put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Msaed Shalan. An unexpectedly hard shot by Barrak Al Dowaisan in the 24th minute of play forced Al Ain's goalkeeper Msaed Shalan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jaber Al Motar kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the game, Best Playe cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Msaed Shalan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Msaed Shalan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Best Playe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fadhel Al Bloshi came free with the goalkeeper in the 31st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Barrak Al Jalahma could save by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Najim Al Fadhalah in the 39th minute of play forced Al Ain's goalkeeper Msaed Shalan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Msaed Shalan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Best Playe's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. In the 45th minute, Najim Al Fadhalah ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Msaed Shalan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. The Al Ain players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Heal the World FC were winning 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nabel Al Naqi was the one to do the kick off. Best Playe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Msaed Shalan made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Best Playe put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Msaed Shalan. The crowd rose to their feet as Heal the World FC's Best Playe slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Msaed Shalan. That made the score 0-5 after 58 minutes of play. Msaed Shalan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Najim Al Fadhalah in the 63rd minute of play. Heal the World FC's Najim Al Fadhalah got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Best Playes short, quick shot in the 66thth minute got Msaed Shalan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Al Ain's Msaed Shalan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Al Ain from getting a goal against them. Fadhel Al Bloshi charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fadhel Al Bloshi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Msaed Shalan was a little too slow when Najim Al Fadhalah got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 73rd minute. The score was now 0-6. Najim Al Fadhalah could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Msaed Shalan made a huge save. Msaed Shalan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Best Playe in the 89th minute of play. The supporters of Heal the World FC booed when Al Ain was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaber Al Motar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adnan Khorshed sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Al Ain supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Heal the World FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Heal the World FC.
