In the 8th match minute, Gulf Heroes T.N.A was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yazeed Hayat to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Alwahda FC's Jalal Al Rodhan tried to score from far away in the 9th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 12th match minute, Alwahda FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Othman Al Sharah to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ameer Al Muwail in the 15th minute of play forced Alwahda FC's goalkeeper Patryk Owsiak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Gulf Heroes T.N.A's Cesar Galoer got control of the ball when Riad Al Qatam tried to sneak it across the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Alwahda FC's Riad Al Qatam sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cesar Galoer narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 22nd minute, Hamzah Khorshed ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cesar Galoer was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. When Hamzah Khorshed came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Alwahda FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hamzah Khorshed couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Alwahda FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Mohammad Al Srae hit a great ball. The supporters of Gulf Heroes T.N.A booed when Alwahda FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hamzah Khorshed didn't get a good kick on the ball. Patryk Owsiak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basem Al Hashash in the 45th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hamzah Khorshed stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 50 played minutes Gulf Heroes T.N.A got a freekick which was hit by Meshari Al Qattan. Patryk Owsiak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Basem Al Hashash, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. After a rather tough play, Gulf Heroes T.N.A's Fahad Al Ansari got a free kick in the 54th minute. After a rather tough play, Gulf Heroes T.N.A's Meshari Al Qattan got a free kick in the 57th minute. 58 minutes into the game, Meqdad Taiban was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alwahda FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gulf Heroes T.N.A the free kick. The supporters of Gulf Heroes T.N.A booed when Alwahda FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Meqdad Taiban didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Gulf Heroes T.N.A's Fahad Al Ansari got a free kick in the 65th minute. In the 67th match minute, Gulf Heroes T.N.A was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yazeed Hayat to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Alwahda FC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Mazen Al Mahmed hit a great ball. 71 minutes into the game, Gulf Heroes T.N.A's Basem Al Hashash nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Patryk Owsiak made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After having played for 73 minutes, Anas Al Balool managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gulf Heroes T.N.A's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anas Al Balool was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Riad Al Qatam scored 2-1 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cesar Galoer, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A well placed Basem Al Hashash short distance shot in the 82nd minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. 88 minutes into the match, Alwahda FC's goal looked a bit too open when Basem Al Hashash came free, but Patryk Owsiak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mohammad Al Srae in the 91st minute of play forced Gulf Heroes T.N.A's goalkeeper Cesar Galoer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Alwahda FC booed when Gulf Heroes T.N.A was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Majed Jiragh didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cesar Galoer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jalal Al Rodhan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alwahda FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Gulf Heroes T.N.A had controlled the match.
