The Kirkby United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Felix Talalikhin should have stopped the shot. In the 25th minute Zinoviy Hairetdinov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felix Talalikhin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lokomotiv Daguestan's Gerasim Rodin got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Marat Demaratov managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kirkby United's supporters rose to their feet, but Marat Demaratov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jenaro Irigoras breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Lokomotiv Daguestan's Vsevolod Lepehin got a free kick in the 33rd minute. The wind increased when Marat Demaratov made the kick off in the second half. If Ruslan Karpov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. Jenaro Irigoras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ilya Biskupskiy, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. After 61 minutes, Ruslan Karpov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lokomotiv Daguestan and the Kirkby United players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 62 played minutes Lokomotiv Daguestan got a freekick which was hit by Ruslan Karpov. 68 minutes into the match, Kirkby United's goalkeeper Felix Talalikhin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gerasim Rodin. The supporters of Kirkby United booed when Lokomotiv Daguestan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alejandro Cortes didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 79 played minutes Kirkby United got a freekick which was hit by Ilya Biskupskiy. Gerasim Rodin had several of the Kirkby United's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 81 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal.
