A collision led to Thurlaston getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Roman Alontsov hit a great ball. Thurlaston's Vladislav Shiryaev proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Thurlaston from getting a goal against them. When Andrey Boichenko fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Thurlaston's protests and gave Andrey Boichenko a yellow card for diving instead. Thurlaston's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Borislav Dovlatov 11 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. After 13 played minutes Thurlaston got a freekick which was hit by Andrey Boichenko. Efim Domuhovskiy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gennadiy Istomin in the 15th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the match, Thurlaston's goalkeeper Vladislav Shiryaev had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aleksandr Latun. After 20 played minutes Weston Super Mare AFC got a freekick which was hit by Aleksandr Latun. Vladislav Shiryaev was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Aleksandr Latun showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 22 minute of play. Weston Super Mare AFC's Anton Veselov got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aleksandr Latun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Vladislav Shiryaev made a huge save. Efim Domuhovskiy stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Petr Kudryashov's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Weston Super Mare AFC's Anton Veselov got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 37th minute, Anton Veselov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vladislav Shiryaev was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Thurlaston's Vladislav Shiryaev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kapiton Yaremchuk in the 40th minute of play. Vladislav Shiryaev made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Aleksandr Latun sent off a good shot on target. 43 minutes into the match, Thurlaston's goal looked a bit too open when Anton Veselov came free, but Vladislav Shiryaev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andrey Boichenko hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

In the 55th minute Borislav Dovlatov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vladislav Shiryaev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 56 minutes into the match, Thurlaston's goal looked a bit too open when Anton Veselov came free, but Vladislav Shiryaev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th minute Petr Kudryashov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Efim Domuhovskiy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gennadiy Istomin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Efim Domuhovskiy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 62nd minute Anton Veselov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vladislav Shiryaev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 66th minute, Petr Kudryashov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Efim Domuhovskiy was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. After some careless play in the Thurlaston defense, Aleksandr Latun kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vladislav Shiryaev. The Thurlaston fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vladislav Shiryaev should have stopped the shot. After having played for 73 minutes, Borislav Dovlatov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Weston Super Mare AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Borislav Dovlatov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vladislav Shiryaev stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aleksandr Latun's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. If Petr Kudryashov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 79thth minute of the game Borislav Dovlatov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Thurlaston's Vladislav Shiryaev was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Weston Super Mare AFC's Borislav Dovlatov in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Thurlaston's goalie prevented a goal. Vladislav Shiryaev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aleksandr Latun, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 83rd minute, Petr Kudryashov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vladislav Shiryaev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aleksandr Latun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vladislav Shiryaev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Borislav Dovlatov, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Kim Babkin's late challenge caught a Weston Super Mare AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kim Babkin helped the player get up and apologised. When Aleksandr Latun came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Weston Super Mare AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aleksandr Latun couldn't finish the play. The throw-in from Roman Alontsov in the 95th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Weston Super Mare AFC's Kapiton Yaremchuk. There was no doubt that Weston Super Mare AFC were the better team. Weston Super Mare AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
