In the 7th minute Leonid Azanov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduard Geta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 8 minutes into the match, Speed&Goal's goal looked a bit too open when Lev Fomenko came free, but Denis Eroshkin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonid Azanov had several of the SINOPEC FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 10 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Eduard Geta as he didn't even see the shot coming. Albert Loskutov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 32nd minute, Pavel Nikanorov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Stepan Alekseenko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stepan Alekseenko who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 35thth minute tested the skills of Eduard Geta when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Leonid Azanov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Eduard Geta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Leonid Azanov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Speed&Goal booed when SINOPEC FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filimon Belarev didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Lev Fomenko made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in SINOPEC FC's zone, Stepan Alekseenko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eduard Geta came out of the goal and Stepan Alekseenko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Oleg Gorodetskiy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Speed&Goal's Stepan Alekseenko got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eduard Geta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stepan Alekseenko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 63 minutes into the game, Stepan Alekseenko was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Speed&Goal's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SINOPEC FC the free kick. In the 63rd minute, Stepan Alekseenko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Leonid Azanov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eduard Geta was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. Stepan Alekseenko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. SINOPEC FC's Eduard Geta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stepan Alekseenko in the 71st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonid Azanov in the 74th minute of play forced SINOPEC FC's goalkeeper Eduard Geta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Albert Loskutov hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. SINOPEC FC's Eduard Geta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonid Azanov in the 78th minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Speed&Goal's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Albert Loskutov fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Stepan Alekseenko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Eduard Geta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Aleksandr Mishin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Speed&Goal's supporters rose to their feet, but Aleksandr Mishin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eduard Geta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 90th minute, Leonid Azanov made a precise shot to the right of Eduard Geta. SINOPEC FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Pavel Nikanorov hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Speed&Goal had played much better football throughout.
