Welwyn Garden City City's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Efim Belopolskiy was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Vyacheslav Amvrosev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Innokentiy Pashin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute Denis Chernogorov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but German Butuzov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Innokentiy Pashin kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Vyacheslav Amvrosev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gennadiy Kirillov in the 62nd minute of the match. Spartak Jañaözen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Efim Belopolskiy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Many of Spartak Jañaözen's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Spartak Jañaözen may have spent more time on the ball, but Welwyn Garden City City were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
