When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rustam Veselov made a kick off. In the 55thth minute of the game Filipp Kononenko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rochford's Rudolf Savvin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Filipp Kononenko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rudolf Savvin having to interfere. Rudolf Savvin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filipp Kononenko, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 68th minute, Rochford's Rustam Veselov dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rasul Verhovtsev scored 2-2 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ivan Gerasimov, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Semen Gordeev in the 86th minute of play forced Rochford's goalkeeper Rudolf Savvin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Rochford's Lev Vlasov got a free kick in the 86th minute. Semen Gordeev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Rudolf Savvin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Semen Gordeev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rudolf Savvin having to interfere. Lev Vlasov kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Semen Gordeev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Despite being the better team, Ashton-in-Makerfield FC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
