Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Vladislav Shelepin made the kick off and thus started the match. After 6 minutes, Petr Kapustin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Astana United and the Great Ayton AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Great Ayton AFC booed when Astana United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Petr Kapustin didn't get a good kick on the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Leonid Kazachkov dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rustam Boyarintsev, 1-0. In the 12th minute, Vitaliy Suhanov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Saveliy Dubchak came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Astana United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Saveliy Dubchak couldn't finish the play. With 19 minutes on the clock, Felix Panin commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 19th match minute, Great Ayton AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Panin to maneuver through the defense. Vitaliy Suhanov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Stepan Arakelyan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stepan Arakelyan took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gleb Kudryavtsev. Gleb Kudryavtsev dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. If Stepan Arakelyan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vadim Rozhkov hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Gleb Kudryavtsev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saveliy Dubchak in the 39th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, Great Ayton AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Vladislav Shelepin came free, but Gleb Kudryavtsev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stepan Arakelyan struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Gleb Kudryavtsev didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Astana United. Gleb Kudryavtsev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vladislav Shelepin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vadim Rozhkov made a kick off. Gleb Kudryavtsev stood somewhat misplaced when Saveliy Dubchak came free in front of goal and shot 1-3 to the left of him in the 56 minute. Gleb Kudryavtsev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vladislav Shelepin, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. 67 minutes into the game, Daniil Stepanov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Astana United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Great Ayton AFC the free kick. A collision led to Astana United getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Daniil Stepanov hit a great ball. In the 68th minute, Leonid Kazachkov sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Astana United's Rustam Boyarintsev didn't even have to move. After a rather tough play, Great Ayton AFC's Kapiton Mironov got a free kick in the 77th minute. Vadim Rozhkov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rustam Boyarintsev read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. Great Ayton AFC's Gleb Kudryavtsev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saveliy Dubchak in the 84th minute of play. Rustam Boyarintsev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kapiton Mironov in the 86th minute of play. Vadim Rozhkov kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kapiton Mironov in the 90th minute of play forced Astana United's goalkeeper Rustam Boyarintsev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st minute, Astana United's Vladislav Shelepin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gleb Kudryavtsev. Gleb Kudryavtsev yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-4. Stepan Arakelyan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Gleb Kudryavtsev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Astana United played a much better game than Great Ayton AFC and deserved their victory. The Great Ayton AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
