Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Cristiano Hagi took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some careless play in the Yuri defense, Cristiano Hagi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ippolit Chernov. The Yuri fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ippolit Chernov should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Yuri's zone, Anders Målare stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ippolit Chernov came out of the goal and Anders Målare tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 7th minute, Cristiano Hagi made a precise shot to the right of Ippolit Chernov. Yuri's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After 10 played minutes Yuri got a freekick which was hit by Nikolay Istratov. After some careless play in the Yuri defense, Cristiano Hagi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ippolit Chernov. The Yuri fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ippolit Chernov should have stopped the shot. Ippolit Chernov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anders Målare, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 20th minute Anders Målare shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ippolit Chernov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yuri's Ippolit Chernov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anders Målare in the 22nd minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Anders Målare notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Yuri's Ippolit Chernov. Ippolit Chernov was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Yuri defense, Eric Oltean kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ippolit Chernov. The Yuri fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ippolit Chernov should have stopped the shot. In the 36th minute, Cristiano Hagi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ippolit Chernov was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. Yuri's Ippolit Chernov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yiğit Özdoğru in the 40th minute of play. 41 minutes into the game, Cristiano Hagi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-9. Ippolit Chernov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 45th minute, Eric Oltean ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ippolit Chernov was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-10. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-10 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Semen Dikov was the one to do the kick off. Valeriy Vasiliev kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. After 51 minutes of play, Galatasaray SK's Cristiano Hagi made it 0-11 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ippolit Chernov was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cristiano Hagi took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ippolit Chernov. Ippolit Chernov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-12. 58 minutes into the match, Yuri's goalkeeper Ippolit Chernov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eric Oltean. Ippolit Chernov didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 60th minute, which inside left pole to 0-13. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Cristiano Hagi took a quick shot and it went in 0-14 without a chance for Ippolit Chernov to make any attempt to save it. Ippolit Chernov was out of position in the 67 minute of play, and Eric Oltean capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Eric Oltean really showed his touch with that goal: 0-15. Ippolit Chernov didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yiğit Özdoğru went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-17 was the resulting score. When Cristiano Hagi in the 76th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Ippolit Chernov kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 0-18 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. 79 minutes into the game, Cristiano Hagi lined in a short shot 0-19 behind a frustrated Ippolit Chernov. The crowd rose to their feet as Galatasaray SK's Cristiano Hagi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ippolit Chernov. That made the score 0-20 after 82 minutes of play. In the 86th minute, Galatasaray SK's Anders Målare ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ippolit Chernov. Ippolit Chernov yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-21. Ippolit Chernov came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Galatasaray SK's Cristiano Hagi. But to his dismay, Cristiano Hagi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-23.
