In the 3rd minute, Calum Fleming got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Rawdon's Tyrone Brookman got a free kick in the 5th minute. In the 9th minute, Calum Fleming made a precise shot to the right of Kyle Rashleigh. Rawdon's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The attack was good, but when Brendon Gardiner in the 15th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Kyle Rashleigh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brendon Gardiner in the 24th minute of play. Silvester Chappell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Bicester booed when Rawdon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Greg Perkins didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kyle Rashleigh didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andre Watkins went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 42 minutes into the match, Brendon Gardiner had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kyle Rashleigh. Rawdon's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Brendon Gardiner was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 45th minute, Andre Watkins got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 46 minutes into the match, Bicester's Brendon Gardiner sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kyle Rashleigh narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mitch Pringle to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Brendon Gardiner cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Kyle Rashleigh was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Franz Hardy came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Rawdon's Mitch Pringle. But to his dismay, Mitch Pringle quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Bicester's Silvester Chappell got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Bicester fans' excitement grew in the 66th match minute when Bicester's Brendon Gardiner looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justin Mayall in the 73rd minute of play forced Bicester's goalkeeper Franz Hardy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpected shot in the 75th minute by Andre Watkins got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 78th minute, Fitz Botham hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Rawdon's zone, Silvester Chappell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kyle Rashleigh came out of the goal and Silvester Chappell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Brendon Gardiner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kyle Rashleigh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Calum Fleming in the 86th minute of play. Kyle Rashleigh made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Brendon Gardiner sent off a good shot on target. When Silvester Chappell came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Bicester fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silvester Chappell couldn't finish the play. Silvester Chappell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Bicester's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
