Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 6000, Seating: 1400, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Billy Eastwood kicked off to start the match. When Callum Couzens fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Arsenal Football Club's protests and gave Callum Couzens a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Arsenal Football Club getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Callum Couzens hit a great ball. In the 4th minute, Curtis Bassett sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Arsenal Football Club's Martin Ambrose didn't even have to move. Francis Pollock kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. If Billy Eastwood had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kyle Alsop's late challenge caught a Bedlington's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kyle Alsop helped the player get up and apologised. After 12 played minutes Arsenal Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Kyle Alsop. In the 14th minute, Arsenal Football Club's Alf Froggatt dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. 18 minutes into the match, Bedlington's goal looked a bit too open when Alf Froggatt came free, but Jimmy Flack reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kyle Alsop hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Martin Ambrose came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Bedlington's Billy Eastwood. But to his dismay, Billy Eastwood quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. When Bedlington's Billy Eastwood in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Arsenal Football Club's goalie prevented a goal. In the 27th minute, Billy Eastwood made a precise shot to the right of Martin Ambrose. Arsenal Football Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. The supporters of Bedlington booed when Arsenal Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dave Robinson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Spike Corby received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Martin Ambrose tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 37 minutes of play Arsenal Football Club's Kyle Alsop was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Kyle Alsop hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. In the 39th minute, Curtis Bassett sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Arsenal Football Club's Martin Ambrose didn't even have to move. In the 45th minute Billy Eastwood shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Ambrose saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Billy Eastwood received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Martin Ambrose tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alf Froggatt to strike the kick off in the second half. Martin Ambrose made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ross Hay in the 54th minute. If Billy Eastwood had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Bedlington booed when Arsenal Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Callum Couzens didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Bedlington's Curtis Bassett tried to score from far away in the 58th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Jimmy Flack made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alf Froggatt in the 61st minute of play. After having played for 65 minutes, Spike Corby managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bedlington's supporters crossed their fingers, but Spike Corby was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 66th minute, Dave Robinson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Spike Corby succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-3 in the 67th playminute. Arsenal Football Club's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Billy Eastwood 71 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-4. After 82 played minutes Arsenal Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Callum Couzens. Spike Corby received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Martin Ambrose tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 89 in the game by Spike Corby from a close distance when the talented Martin Ambrose managed to make a qualified save. Arsenal Football Club's players were relieved. After 95th play minutes Alf Froggatt shot 3-4, a short shot which went by Jimmy Flack and just under the crossbar into goal. Bedlington played a much better game than Arsenal Football Club and deserved their victory. The Arsenal Football Club players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
