Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Dave Henwood kicked off to start the match. TROYA CF's Henry Nash played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dave Henwood in the 4th minute of play. TROYA CF's Henry Nash proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save TROYA CF from getting a goal against them. Jonathan Fuller came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by TROYA CF's Ruben Sharpe. But to his dismay, Ruben Sharpe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 11thth minute of the game Dave Henwood who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but TROYA CF's Henry Nash was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Henry Nash made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dave Henwood in the 13th minute of play. A collision led to TROYA CF getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Zak Deveraux hit a great ball. Ashley Linkletter recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 19 minutes into the match, New Wave FC's goal looked a bit too open when Benedykt Pilarski came free, but Jonathan Fuller reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Spyros Vlassiadis fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TROYA CF's protests and gave Spyros Vlassiadis a yellow card for diving instead. Spyros Vlassiadis hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Spyros Vlassiadis took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 24th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jonathan Fuller. New Wave FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Henry Nash showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dave Henwood in the 26th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Dave Henwood's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Henry Nash was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. Jonathan Fuller showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Márcio Amaral in the 29th minute of the match. When Frank Sharples fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dave Henwood got free with Henry Nash in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Benedykt Pilarski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Dave Henwood got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 59thth minute of the game Dave Henwood who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but TROYA CF's Henry Nash was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ashley Linkletter hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. In the 61st minute of the match Zak Deveraux shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathan Fuller showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 62 played minutes New Wave FC got a freekick which was hit by Alec Denham. After having played for 63 minutes, Benedykt Pilarski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TROYA CF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benedykt Pilarski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Henry Nash made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dave Henwood in the 64th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dave Henwood in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Henry Nash prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 70th minute, Benedykt Pilarski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Fuller was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Henry Nash took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dave Henwood, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Dave Henwood put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Henry Nash. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in New Wave FC reached it. A collision led to TROYA CF getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Henry Mann hit a great ball. Henry Nash showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dave Henwood in the 91st minute of the match. TROYA CF's Nono Esperta got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. TROYA CF's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
