Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Dave Henwood got the match started through his kick off. Jonathan Fuller made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Waldemar Wrzosek in the 2nd minute of play. Kamber Zoral kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. U-TEX-O's Pedrinho Novaes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dave Henwood in the 5th minute of play. After 8 played minutes New Wave FC got a freekick which was hit by Ashley Linkletter. When U-TEX-O's Alfonso Manzoli in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye New Wave FC's goalie prevented a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Dave Henwood kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Pedrinho Novaes. That made the score 1-0 in the 14 minute of play. Ashley Linkletter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedrinho Novaes having to interfere. In the 21stth minute of the game Alfonso Manzoli who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but New Wave FC's Jonathan Fuller was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Waldemar Wrzosek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Jonathan Fuller tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dave Henwood in the 24th minute of play forced U-TEX-O's goalkeeper Pedrinho Novaes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 26 minutes, Alfonso Manzoli made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. New Wave FC's Jonathan Fuller tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. New Wave FC's Jonathan Fuller played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Waldemar Wrzosek in the 32nd minute of play. Pedrinho Novaes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dave Henwood, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. In the 34th minute, New Wave FC's Dave Henwood dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. 39 minutes into the game, Vernon Winstanley was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. New Wave FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave U-TEX-O the free kick. Vernon Winstanley hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Waldemar Wrzosek struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Jonathan Fuller didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for U-TEX-O. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfonso Manzoli in the 42nd minute of play forced New Wave FC's goalkeeper Jonathan Fuller to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute Dave Henwood shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedrinho Novaes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 47th match minute, U-TEX-O was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Freddie Fleetham to maneuver through the defense. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alfonso Manzoli made a kick off. The supporters of New Wave FC booed when U-TEX-O was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Waldemar Wrzosek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Fuller made an important save on a dangerous shot by Freddie Fleetham in the 55th minute. After 57 minutes of play, U-TEX-O's Alfonso Manzoli made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Fuller was left in no man's land by his defense there! 62 minutes into the match, U-TEX-O's goal looked a bit too open when Ashley Linkletter came free, but Pedrinho Novaes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, New Wave FC's Jonathan Fuller got control of the ball when Alfonso Manzoli tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Alfonso Manzoli managed to get in a good position for a shot. U-TEX-O's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfonso Manzoli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Fuller breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dave Henwood in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedrinho Novaes saved U-TEX-O from getting behind. When Freddie Fleetham fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored U-TEX-O's protests and gave Freddie Fleetham a yellow card for diving instead. In the 67th match minute, U-TEX-O was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Freddie Fleetham to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alfonso Manzoli in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Fuller saved New Wave FC from getting behind. A hard shot 71 in the game by Alfonso Manzoli from a close distance when the talented Jonathan Fuller managed to make a qualified save. New Wave FC's players were relieved. Jonathan Fuller made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfonso Manzoli in the 72nd minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 75 minutes into the game, when Kemalettin Baykoca put in a rough tackle. In the 75th minute, one of U-TEX-O:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for U-TEX-O. Francis Godsall kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Alfonso Manzoli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 83rd minute, Alfonso Manzoli reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Fuller. The goal made the score 2-4. Pedrinho Novaes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dave Henwood in the 88th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the match, Dave Henwood notched a goal, 3-4, to the right of U-TEX-O's Pedrinho Novaes. Pedrinho Novaes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dave Henwood in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedrinho Novaes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. U-TEX-O's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
