Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Ripon AFC's Maskeen Sohal started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Kamesh Talib sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 8th minute, but Bhagwandas Bisla got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Ripon AFC hanging dry this time. When Brahmvir Ahluwalia came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Belton United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Brahmvir Ahluwalia couldn't finish the play. In the 16th minute Maskeen Sohal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Davinderpal Sihota saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Devayana Bagha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bhagwandas Bisla having to interfere. Davinderpal Sihota came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Ripon AFC's Maskeen Sohal. But to his dismay, Maskeen Sohal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Satinderpal Sahu hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. 32 minutes into the match, Maskeen Sohal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Davinderpal Sihota. Belton United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maskeen Sohal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. If Kamesh Talib had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Satinderpal Sahu's late challenge caught a Ripon AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Satinderpal Sahu helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Belton United getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Satinderpal Sahu hit a great ball. Rajendran Sarkar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Davinderpal Sihota having to interfere. The Belton United players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ripon AFC were winning 0-3.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Devayana Bagha in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bhagwandas Bisla saved Ripon AFC from getting behind. Rajendran Sarkar struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Davinderpal Sihota didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ripon AFC. In the 55th minute, Brahmvir Ahluwalia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Rajendran Sarkar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 62 played minutes Belton United got a freekick which was hit by Aryacetas Solanki. If Devayana Bagha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kamesh Talib fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bhagwandas Bisla having to interfere. Kamesh Talib received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Bhagwandas Bisla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kamesh Talib recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 78th minute Devayana Bagha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bhagwandas Bisla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Belton United's Devayana Bagha in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ripon AFC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 85th minute of the match Kushwah Linyu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bhagwandas Bisla showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Agrayana Girgla's late challenge caught a Belton United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Agrayana Girgla helped the player get up and apologised. Bhagwandas Bisla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Devayana Bagha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
