Spectators: 6766 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1766, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Anava Mehra kicked off to start the match. Anava Mehra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Indrasana Das tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 7 minutes into the game, Atima Dasgupta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Stamford City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Burtonwood the free kick. After 8 played minutes Stamford City got a freekick which was hit by Atima Dasgupta. After recieving a nice pass, Burtonwood's Anuraj Bhudraja tried to score from far away in the 8th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Indrasana Das made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anava Mehra in the 11th minute of play. Andhraka Bansal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Anantadeva Kamle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anava Mehra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Indrasana Das having to interfere. When Rajluxmi Bhatia fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Stamford City's protests and gave Rajluxmi Bhatia a yellow card for diving instead. In the 23rd minute, Rajluxmi Bhatia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ksamamitra Janda could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Anantadeva Kamle made a huge save. 25 minutes into the game, Lookman Linyu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Stamford City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Burtonwood the free kick. After 24 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Stamford City! If Addana Chahall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th minute, Ksamamitra Janda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Anantadeva Kamle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andhraka Bansal in the 39th minute of play. Anantadeva Kamle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andhraka Bansal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 47 played minutes Stamford City got a freekick which was hit by Aryaki Yeddyurappa.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Andhraka Bansal made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Stamford City's goal looked a bit too open when Andhraka Bansal came free, but Anantadeva Kamle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Stamford City's zone, Andhraka Bansal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anantadeva Kamle came out of the goal and Andhraka Bansal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Rajluxmi Bhatia was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 56 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Stamford City's Rajluxmi Bhatia got a free kick in the 57th minute. Burtonwood's Ksamamitra Janda got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 59 played minutes Stamford City got a freekick which was hit by Aryaki Yeddyurappa. The audience thought it was a sure goal in the 63rd minute, when Stamford City's Kamalabuddhi Bains after having done a great run through the defense got himself free with Indrasana Das in Burtonwood's goal and fired away a shot, but it missed the goal by a fraction of an inch. 70 minutes into the game, Andhraka Bansal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Anantadeva Kamle was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Indrasana Das came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Stamford City's Aryaki Yeddyurappa. But to his dismay, Aryaki Yeddyurappa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Chanandip Boparai charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Chanandip Boparai the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Burtonwood's Gurditta Maheshwari got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Andhraka Bansal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anantadeva Kamle having to make a save. If Ksamamitra Janda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andhraka Bansal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anantadeva Kamle came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Burtonwood's Andhraka Bansal. But to his dismay, Andhraka Bansal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Burtonwood's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
