When Warje FC's Asvarya Chima in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Northeast United FC's goalie prevented a goal. After some careless play in the Warje FC defense, Gurdip Sahni kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Abhiji Talib. The Warje FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Abhiji Talib should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Asvarya Chima in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kajal Irani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 17 minutes into the game, Warje FC's Asvarya Chima nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kajal Irani made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Northeast United FC's Kajal Irani proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Northeast United FC from getting a goal against them. Abhiji Talib came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Northeast United FC's Kuladipaka Kapani. But to his dismay, Kuladipaka Kapani quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. In the 34thth minute of the game Asvarya Chima who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Northeast United FC's Kajal Irani was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kajal Irani made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Jatindhara Gandhi sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Jatindhara Gandhi took a quick shot and it went in 2-3 without a chance for Kajal Irani to make any attempt to save it. Northeast United FC's Kuladipaka Kapani got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kuladipaka Kapani in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abhiji Talib prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kajal Irani was out of position in the 43 minute of play, and Ravindra Hegde capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ravindra Hegde really showed his touch with that goal: 3-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Asvarya Chima made a kick off. Arijit Vurghese hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Gurdip Sahni scored 3-4 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Abhiji Talib, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kajal Irani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Asvarya Chima, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. When Warje FC's Asvarya Chima in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After a rather tough play, Northeast United FC's Devasakti Bhosale got a free kick in the 76th minute. Jatindhara Gandhi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kajal Irani read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. When Asvarya Chima came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Warje FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Asvarya Chima couldn't finish the play. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Northeast United FC's goalkeeper Kajal Irani, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 93rd match minute, Warje FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ravindra Hegde to maneuver through the defense.
