Spectators: 7412 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1762, VIP seats: 150) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ravinder Sodhi got the match started through his kick off. Devanayaka Kapani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaswinder Bhangu in the 5th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Bahubala Ayer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hyper United's supporters rose to their feet, but Bahubala Ayer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Devanayaka Kapani breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 23 minutes, Bahubala Ayer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hyper United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bahubala Ayer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bahubala Ayer succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 25th playminute. When Jaswinder Bhangu came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Hyper United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jaswinder Bhangu couldn't finish the play. When the match clock showed 34 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Bahubala Ayer sped through Soccer Stars FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Devanayaka Kapani. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaswinder Bhangu in the 39th minute of play forced Soccer Stars FC's goalkeeper Devanayaka Kapani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chananjeet Dua didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ravinder Sodhi went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jaswinder Bhangu made a kick off. In the 55th minute, Bahubala Ayer made a precise shot to the right of Devanayaka Kapani. Soccer Stars FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. 61 minutes into the game, Anurakt Chana was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hyper United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Soccer Stars FC the free kick. In the 62nd match minute, Hyper United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anurakt Chana to maneuver through the defense. Gurumukha Sheikh kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 63rdth minute. Though ot was a great shot Hyper United's keeper Chananjeet Dua was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Devanayaka Kapani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaswinder Bhangu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jaswinder Bhangu struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Devanayaka Kapani didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hyper United. Bahubala Ayer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Devanayaka Kapani having to interfere. In the 78thth minute of the game Jaswinder Bhangu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Soccer Stars FC's Devanayaka Kapani was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ravinder Sodhi had several of the Hyper United's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 79 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 5-3 score and a disappointed Chananjeet Dua as he didn't even see the shot coming. After a defensive mix-up in Soccer Stars FC's zone, Jaswinder Bhangu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Devanayaka Kapani came out of the goal and Jaswinder Bhangu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jaswinder Bhangu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Devanayaka Kapani having to interfere. Anubhavya Mehra kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Jaswinder Bhangu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Devanayaka Kapani was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. Jaswinder Bhangu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There was no doubt that Hyper United were the better team. Hyper United's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
