Spectators: 6770 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1770, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ekabandhu Khongstid started the match with the kick off. Kanta Hegde scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aksamata Bajwa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Anup Diyali received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Aksamata Bajwa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ekabandhu Khongstid might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aksamata Bajwa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ekabandhu Khongstid ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anup Diyali in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aksamata Bajwa saved Swinton from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Ekabandhu Khongstid's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aksamata Bajwa was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. After 19 played minutes Swinton got a freekick which was hit by Akrura Gandhi. Anup Diyali fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aksamata Bajwa having to interfere. After having played for 22 minutes, Ekabandhu Khongstid managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barrow upon Humber AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ekabandhu Khongstid was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anup Diyali in the 24th minute of play forced Swinton's goalkeeper Aksamata Bajwa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25thth minute of the game Anup Diyali who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Swinton's Aksamata Bajwa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vinay Kale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 29 minutes, Vinay Kale managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Swinton's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vinay Kale was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Swinton's Aksamata Bajwa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anup Diyali in the 44th minute of play. After the first half Barrow upon Humber AFC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vinay Kale to make the kick off. Swinton's Aksamata Bajwa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Swinton from getting a goal against them. Barrow upon Humber AFC's Ekabandhu Khongstid got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ekabandhu Khongstid in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aksamata Bajwa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aksamata Bajwa was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Anup Diyali showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 65 minute of play. Aksamata Bajwa made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Bayit Krishnan sent off a good shot on target. Jabhar Chubalepzuk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vinay Kale in the 78th minute of the match. After 79 played minutes Barrow upon Humber AFC got a freekick which was hit by Bayit Krishnan. 82 minutes into the match, Barrow upon Humber AFC's Ekabandhu Khongstid sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aksamata Bajwa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Teju Chaddha hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Barrow upon Humber AFC's Anup Diyali got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aksamata Bajwa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ekabandhu Khongstid, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anup Diyali got free with Aksamata Bajwa in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Akrura Gandhi charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Akrura Gandhi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 94 played minutes Swinton got a freekick which was hit by Akrura Gandhi. 96 minutes into the match, Anup Diyali notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Swinton's Aksamata Bajwa. Aksamata Bajwa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Barrow upon Humber AFC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
