Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Ware United's Candakirana Rama started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Vinay Kale might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ajeet Sabnis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vinay Kale ran back to his position shaking his head. Aksamata Bajwa had great luck who in the 6thth minute grab hold of the ball when Candakirana Rama from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. With an all-out effort, Ware United's Aksamata Bajwa threw himself towards the right post 8 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Candakirana Rama, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After having played for 14 minutes, Arnava Khangura managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Swinton's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arnava Khangura was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 16 minutes into the game, one of Ware United:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vinay Kale in the 21st minute of play forced Ware United's goalkeeper Ajeet Sabnis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ramakanth Sahota could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Aksamata Bajwa made a huge save. When Ware United's Candakirana Rama in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The wind increased when Vinay Kale made the kick off in the second half. Aksamata Bajwa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Candakirana Rama in the 56th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Ramakanth Sahota managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ware United's supporters rose to their feet, but Ramakanth Sahota was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aksamata Bajwa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Swinton getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Teju Chaddha hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Candakirana Rama in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aksamata Bajwa saved Swinton from getting behind. Aksamata Bajwa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Candakirana Rama in the 71st minute of the match. In the 73rd match minute, Swinton was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teju Chaddha to maneuver through the defense. The audience cheered when Maninder Warwaha's long shot passed Aksamata Bajwa's right side. It was 2-1, 74 minutes into the match. Candakirana Rama blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aksamata Bajwa having to make a save. In the 90th minute, Janarajan Sirjoshi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vinay Kale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ajeet Sabnis having to interfere. Aksamata Bajwa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Candakirana Rama's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ware United fans cheered their team off the field, for while Swinton had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
