Jagadbala Aulakh tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kanvar Dutta in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jabhar Chubalepzuk saved Barrow upon Humber AFC from getting behind. Kanvar Dutta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 12th minute, Kanvar Dutta fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 13th minute, Manu Chhugani ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jabhar Chubalepzuk was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. If Ekabandhu Khongstid had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th minute, Palla Kumar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anup Diyali might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jagadbala Aulakh. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Anup Diyali ran back to his position shaking his head. If Ekabandhu Khongstid had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 40 minutes into the match, Kanta Hegde had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jagadbala Aulakh. Poster FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kanta Hegde was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. A collision led to Poster FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Gopinath Vaidya hit a great ball. Ashish Tind was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 44th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The Poster FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Barrow upon Humber AFC were winning 1-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ekabandhu Khongstid to strike the kick off in the second half. Ekabandhu Khongstid sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manu Chhugani in the 58th minute of play forced Barrow upon Humber AFC's goalkeeper Jabhar Chubalepzuk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Barrow upon Humber AFC's Bayit Krishnan got a free kick in the 59th minute. Jabhar Chubalepzuk came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Poster FC's Kanvar Dutta. But to his dismay, Kanvar Dutta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kanvar Dutta in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jabhar Chubalepzuk saved Barrow upon Humber AFC from getting behind. Jabhar Chubalepzuk stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kanvar Dutta's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Jabhar Chubalepzuk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manu Chhugani, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Anup Diyali sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 76th minute, Ekabandhu Khongstid got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Poster FC booed when Barrow upon Humber AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anuruddha Ayer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jagadbala Aulakh took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ekabandhu Khongstid, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kanvar Dutta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 91st minute Ekabandhu Khongstid shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jagadbala Aulakh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Barrow upon Humber AFC's zone, Manu Chhugani stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jabhar Chubalepzuk came out of the goal and Manu Chhugani tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jabhar Chubalepzuk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kanvar Dutta in the 94th minute of play.
