After a rather tough play, Alderney AFC's Krishnamoorthy Gowda got a free kick in the 15th minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Karmavira Sailo to make the kick off. After 53 minutes, Amritaka Chatterjee mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alderney AFC and the Sihor fc players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Alderney AFC's zone, Abhiviraja Venkataramanappa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Muralidaran Rane came out of the goal and Abhiviraja Venkataramanappa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abhiviraja Venkataramanappa in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Muralidaran Rane prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
