Jagrup Kharka stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aswathanarayana Chandha's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. After 28 minutes, Karniki Toor mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Thrybergh FC and the Kirkby in Ashfield players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Thrybergh FC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Karniki Toor hit a great ball. Karma Raja, 30 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After a rather tough play, Kirkby in Ashfield's Kirit Dias got a free kick in the 31st minute. Indrayatana Iyengar's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 34thth minute, Aksata Sihota skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Indrayatana Iyengar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Aksata Sihota tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Indrayatana Iyengar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jang Padda to make the kick off. In the 55th minute, Atula Rathod made a precise shot to the right of Aksata Sihota. Thrybergh FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Atula Rathod managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kirkby in Ashfield's supporters rose to their feet, but Atula Rathod was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aksata Sihota breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 61st minute, Karniki Toor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aksata Sihota made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Indrayatana Iyengar in the 64th minute of play. Thrybergh FC's Aksata Sihota played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Indrayatana Iyengar in the 72nd minute of play. After 77th play minutes Atula Rathod shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Aksata Sihota and just under the crossbar into goal. Aksata Sihota took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Atula Rathod, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 89 minutes into the match, Kirkby in Ashfield's Indrayatana Iyengar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aksata Sihota narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Indrayatana Iyengar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 93 played minutes Thrybergh FC got a freekick which was hit by Vasan Shahraj. If Atula Rathod had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Kirkby in Ashfield fully deserved thier win.
