Sateesha Multani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hosang Mahal in the 11th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Jatusthira Pal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lion Warrior Boys's supporters rose to their feet, but Jatusthira Pal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Parminder Ghuman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Hosang Mahal came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Halifax AFC fans jumped to their feet. When Ajagara Dhami came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Lion Warrior Boys fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ajagara Dhami couldn't finish the play. After 66 played minutes Halifax AFC got a freekick which was hit by Abhisneha Lally. Vikramjit Beasley kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Parminder Ghuman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ajagara Dhami, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute.
