After having played for 13 minutes, Ketutra Gandhi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Evergreen United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ketutra Gandhi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Evergreen United booed when Skipton was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ditaujas Sekhon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Coksa Johar struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Amitaya Chahal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Skipton. The audience was convinced that Devapalita Malhotra's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Amitaya Chahal was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Aprativirya Khahera managed to get in a good position for a shot. When Evergreen United's Aprativirya Khahera in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Skipton's goalie prevented a goal. In the 39th minute, Ketutra Gandhi made a precise shot to the right of Amit Johal. Skipton's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Aprativirya Khahera's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amit Johal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. Skipton's Amit Johal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Skipton from getting a goal against them. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Devapalita Malhotra to make the kick off. 59 minutes into the match, Evergreen United's goal looked a bit too open when Devapalita Malhotra came free, but Amitaya Chahal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 64 minutes into the game, Jivaja Chawla was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Evergreen United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Skipton the free kick. After 64 played minutes Evergreen United got a freekick which was hit by Jivaja Chawla. In the 69th minute, Dadhyan Sandhar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 71 minutes, Coksa Johar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Skipton's Devapalita Malhotra got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Evergreen United's Amitaya Chahal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Evergreen United from getting a goal against them. Coksa Johar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Amitaya Chahal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Evergreen United's Amitaya Chahal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Devapalita Malhotra in the 80th minute of play. Devapalita Malhotra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 87th match minute, Evergreen United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ravindiran Manjrekar to maneuver through the defense. Ketutra Gandhi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Amit Johal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Evergreen United's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
