Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ranjith Dambria took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th minute Camikara Rama shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amrita Malhotra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 7 minutes into the game, Preston's Camikara Rama nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Amrita Malhotra made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 11th minute Camikara Rama shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amrita Malhotra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amrita Malhotra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shyam Nahal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amrita Malhotra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Shyam Nahal in the 15th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Camikara Rama in the 21st minute of play forced Keighley Citsdfy's goalkeeper Amrita Malhotra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Keighley Citsdfy's Amrita Malhotra got control of the ball when Ranjith Dambria tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 24th minute of the match, Camikara Rama tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Amrita Malhotra saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Buddhajnana Dalel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Isat Saxena read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Apratiratha Deol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kamalodaya Kaila's late challenge caught a Keighley Citsdfy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kamalodaya Kaila helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Preston getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Kamalodaya Kaila hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Buddhajnana Dalel in the 31st minute of play forced Preston's goalkeeper Isat Saxena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Preston's Isat Saxena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Apratiratha Deol in the 32nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Buddhajnana Dalel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Keighley Citsdfy's supporters rose to their feet, but Buddhajnana Dalel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isat Saxena breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Kotisvara Sidhu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 40 minutes of play, Preston's Ranjith Dambria made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amrita Malhotra was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Kotisvara Sidhu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Buddhajnana Dalel made the kick off in the second half. Amrita Malhotra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camikara Rama in the 55th minute of play. The supporters of Preston booed when Keighley Citsdfy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romesh Bhave didn't get a good kick on the ball. Camikara Rama took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Amrita Malhotra. Amrita Malhotra dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Madhavan Sohota's late challenge caught a Keighley Citsdfy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Madhavan Sohota helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Preston's Madhavan Sohota got a free kick in the 61st minute. 64 minutes into the match, Shyam Nahal notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Keighley Citsdfy's Amrita Malhotra. Amrita Malhotra was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 67 minutes of play, Preston's Shyam Nahal made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amrita Malhotra was left in no man's land by his defense there! Amrita Malhotra came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Preston's Camikara Rama. But to his dismay, Camikara Rama quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. In the 75th minute, Ekantin Sarang hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Amrita Malhotra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shyam Nahal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Apratiratha Deol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Shyam Nahal scored 7-0 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Amrita Malhotra, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jajal Krishnan during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 88 played minutes Keighley Citsdfy got a freekick which was hit by Jajal Krishnan. In the 89th minute, Shyam Nahal sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Keighley Citsdfy's Amrita Malhotra didn't even have to move. Buddhajnana Dalel charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Buddhajnana Dalel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Keighley Citsdfy's Buddhajnana Dalel got a free kick in the 91st minute. Buddhajnana Dalel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isat Saxena having to interfere. Keighley Citsdfy's Buddhajnana Dalel got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Preston's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
